Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 3PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible; please message to request.
  • Check-out is by 11AM. Guests must vacate the driveway by 11:00.
  • Self check-in and check-out are available via lockbox.
  • Address will be provided two days before stay. (Note: Map correction requested.)
  • Follow posted departure instructions in the kitchen.

  • Manual double gate must be opened to access the driveway.
  • Kitchen and two bedrooms have small steps up into the room, marked with red tape and nightlights.

Policies and Rules

  • Dogs are allowed. No other pets permitted.
  • Dogs are not allowed on beds, bedspreads, duvets, or blankets.
  • No dogs in the shower or tub.
  • No parties.
  • No smoking in the house. Do not leave cigarette butts in the yard.
  • Please rinse and recycle. No glass or plastic bags in the blue bin.
  • Collect all dirty towels and dishtowels, place in the washing machine, and start the machine upon departure.
  • Sheets, pillows, and bedcovers should not be on the floor. Place unused items on the closet shelf.
  • Do not place wet towels on beds or duvets. Use provided drying places.

  • Free parking available. Manual double gate must be opened to access the driveway.

  • Tucson water is safe to drink. Brita water pitcher with changed filter every 2-3 months is provided in the fridge.
